Hi :)
If you received a message saying that your social account is already linked to another Humanz account, it means you might have opened a Humanz account before, which is connected to one or more of your social media accounts.
If the message contains
your phone number like this:
Please
disconnect from the account you're currently logged into and then log in again
using the "Log in with phone number" option.
This will return you to
your old account, where your social media accounts are already linked :)
If you are not using that phone number anymore, please get in touch with us and provide us with your new cellphone number, additionally to your former one, email address and the social media username :)
If the message contains your Email address like this:
Please disconnect from the account you're currently logged into and then log in again using the "Log in with Google" option.
This will return you to your old account, where your social media accounts are already linked :)
If you do not recognize this email address, please try to log in using the "Log in with Apple" option.
If you do recognize it but don't use it anymore, get in touch with us and provide us with your old email address, the new one, and the social media username :)
