To connect your TikTok account to your Humanz profile, please ensure that the TikTok app is installed on your device and that your TikTok profile contains at least one public video.
If your account includes public videos, please contact us via the help center, providing a screenshot of the error message, your TikTok username, or a link to your TikTok profile :)
