Make sure the Instagram app is installed and that your account is set to a Business or Creator account.
Step 1 - Go to Your Humanz Profile

Open the Humanz app.

Go to your Profile page.

Next to Social Accounts, click Edit & Verify :
Step 2 - Redirect to Instagram
You’ll now be redirected to Instagram.
Make sure:

The Instagram app is installed on your device.

You’re logged into the correct Instagram account.

The account is set to Business or Creator mode.
Step 3 - Allow Permissions
Once logged in, Instagram will ask you to allow Humanz to access your account.
You must enable all permissions:
✅ View profile and access media
✅ Access and manage insights
Then, tap Allow:
⚠️ Important:
If you disable any of the toggles, your account won’t be verified correctly, and you’ll need to repeat the process.
Step 4 - Confirmation
After allowing access, you’ll return to the Humanz app, and your Instagram account will now appear as connected and verified:
✅ You’re all set!
Your Instagram account is now verified and fully connected to Humanz.
Common Issues & Troubleshooting
1. Non-Business or Non-Creator Account
If your Instagram account is not set as Business or Creator, you’ll see this message:
To proceed:

Tap Change, and switch your Instagram account to a Professional (Business or Creator) account.
Then return to Humanz and repeat the verification flow.
2. Missing Permissions Error
If you see the error message:
“Some permissions are missing. Please grant all required permissions to continue.”
How to fix it:
Repeat the verification process, making sure that both permission toggles are turned on before you tap Allow.
